Derc Pałka Kancelaria Radców Prawnych s.c. in Warsaw, it processes personal data in accordance
with the General Data Protection Regulation [1] (as follows: RODO).

  • personal data administrator: Derc Pałka Kancelaria Radców Prawnych s.c. (hereinafter referred
    to as: Kancelaria) in Warsaw (00-013), ul. Jasna 1/316, delivery address: Al. Zwycięstwa, No.
    254, 81-510 Gdynia, post office No. 4;
  • personal data are processed for the purpose of providing legal assistance, for the purpose of
    employment, recruitment as well as for the purpose of verifying the transferred data, pursuant to
    art. 6 section 1 items a, b and c RODO;
  • personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing and
    in accordance with applicable law;
  • the data subject has the right to access their personal data and the right to rectify, delete,
    limit processing, the right to data transfer, the right to oppose, the right to withdraw consent at
    any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if processing is based on consent), which
    was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
  • the data subject has the right to file a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal
    Data Protection, if he / she considers that the processing of personal data concerning him
    violates the provisions of the GDPR.
